Thank you for considering Lomond View Gardens for your special event. Our rates begin at $2,050 based on the services you need. You can either custom build your own package or book one of our pre designed packages. We have vendors for you to use but we are flexible to allow you to bring your own vendors. Catering needs to be licensed.  To give you an accurate estimate, we recommend a private tour so that our wedding coordinator can customize a package that fits your needs. For your convenience, Lomond View Gardens provides an option to make partial payments up until 4 weeks prior to the event. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, cashier’s check or credit card (3% fee for CC). After deciding on your Special Day, a retainer of $800 will secure your date and time. A retainer is required to book and half is non-refundable.

We can service you for your many functions: meetings, reunions, anniversary parties, business functions, and dinner parties. We will be very happy to help make your event an occasion to remember.

You will notice the difference the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting weather you choose to hold your event in our Gardens or Ballroom. Whatever event you are planning, be assured of our complete dedication to making your event with us an enjoyable and memorable occasion. We can handle all the details for you including catering, decorating, and room set-up.
